About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Associate to ensure that our healthcare products meet the highest regulatory requirements. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to projects that have a meaningful impact and drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all project activities align with our high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft and prepare technical documentation for product innovations and ongoing project support.
  • Manage assigned activities efficiently and effectively, meeting project milestones with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and external manufacturers to ensure compliance and successful project outcomes.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both compliance and efficiency within the team.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Hold a degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related science field.
  • Have 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Possess strong project management skills and the ability to resolve problems creatively.
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a focused and pressured environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence, work collaboratively within a team, and show relentless commitment.
  • Be results-driven with a willingness to take calculated risks and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
