Family Private Estate Manager

A Brisbane family seeks a Private Estate Manager to oversee household operations and care for their teenage boys. This role involves managing daily schedules, preparing meals, and supporting educational needs.
Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day household operations for efficiency and smooth functioning.
- Care for two teenage boys, including transportation to activities and school.
- Prepare healthy meals and snacks, considering dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Maintain a tidy and organized household, scheduling appointments and inventory.
- Perform housekeeping duties and maintain 5-star standards.
- Support the boys' educational and developmental needs, assisting with homework and engaging in stimulating activities.
- Communicate openly with parents regarding the children's schedules, needs, and concerns.
- Valid Working with Children certification.
- Current Australian Federal Police Check.
- First Aid and CPR training.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the family's schedule.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Respect for privacy and confidentiality.
