We are seeking a highly skilled Manager-level analyst to join our Brisbane Insolvency team. As a key member of our team, you will assist senior staff with a wide range of corporate insolvency and restructuring appointments, including Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations, Receiverships, and other engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all assigned engagements, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Brief junior staff on job requirements, allocating responsibilities and tasks as necessary.
  • Develop a deep understanding of case law and statutory requirements for each type of formal insolvency appointment.
  • Monitor and meet statutory deadlines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the realization of assets for individuals, ensuring maximum value is achieved.
  • Conduct interviews with directors and bankrupts, gathering critical information and insights.
  • Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents, and auctioneers, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

  • Share knowledge, best practices, and industry trends with the team, driving continuous improvement and growth.
  • Review the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field, with an Accounting Major or other relevant studies.
  • Relevant experience in corporate insolvency, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
