ILS Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ILS Manager to join our team at KBR. As an ILS Manager, you will be responsible for providing management and integrated logistics support to our defence customers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight, management, and delivery of ILS documentation, including ILSC, ILSP, ILSI, ILS, and support contract SOW and DIDs and DSDs and FMS documentation.
- Provision of SME advice to the review of contract deliverables, including TETP, RPIL, RPL, and MRSL.
- Assistance with planning of the ILS Program, including the development of ILS strategies, concepts, and workforce plan.
- Provision of ILS specialist advice associated with the analysis, definition, and planning for project execution.
- Provision of Inventory Management support utilizing MILIS skills.
- Provision of SME materiel sustainment advice to higher management and technical reviews.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ILS activities are appropriately managed.
- A suitably qualified ILS Professional with a minimum of 7+ years experience within Defence or a related industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Defence Logistics systems, tools, and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in the current Capability Life Cycle (advantageous).
- Leadership and management of the ILS team, including task allocation and prioritization, team training and development, review of work packages and documentation, and support of tactical and strategic ILS planning.
