Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist Opportunity in Melbourne's CBD

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Mediix, located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to a diverse range of clients, providing a supportive environment where staff can thrive and grow professionally.
As an MSK Physiotherapist, you will work with a varied caseload of clients across different age groups and injuries, primarily serving private paying individuals while also catering to NDIS, DVA, TAC, and WC clients. Your expertise will be utilised to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans to address clients' musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to promote recovery and improve functional outcomes.
- Educate clients on injury prevention strategies, self-management techniques, and exercises for continued rehabilitation.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience in a musculoskeletal setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in assessing and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- A competitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, comprising 70-80% of the total package, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
