Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Specialist

Mediix is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in Melbourne's CBD. As a Physiotherapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional care and support in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Provide a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities, to promote recovery and improve functional outcomes.
- Educate clients on injury prevention strategies, self-management techniques, and exercises for continued rehabilitation.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience in a musculoskeletal setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in assessing and treating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Competitive base salary comprising 70-80% of the total package, with additional bonus opportunities based on performance.
