**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide individualized care tailored to the needs of each client and their families
* Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and eating
* Accompany clients on shopping trips and appointments
* Provide social support and activities, including outings and social events
* Assist with personal care, showering, and bathing
* Perform domestic assistance, including light household cleaning

**Requirements:**

* Certificate 3 in Aged or Individual Support, Community Services, and Disability
* Medication competency (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills
* Compassionate interpersonal skills and empathy with older people
* Current driver's license and car with full comprehensive insurance
* Willingness to travel regularly using your own vehicle
* Time management skills
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Proven Aged Care or NDIS services background
* Excellent customer service skills
