Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and passionate Home Care Workers to join our team in Bathurst. As a Home Care Worker, you will provide support and care to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
- Provide companionship and support to clients
- Assist clients with daily errands and activities
- Prepare food and administer medications as needed
- Observe and report any changes in the health and wellbeing of clients
- Respond to emergency situations
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Endorsed to administer medication (desirable)
- Comprehensive car insurance (desirable)
- 3 COVID-19 vaccinations (mandatory)
