About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Driver/General Hand to join our Beverley site. This role plays a crucial part in our delivery services, assisting with general warehouse and maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, install, and collect healthcare equipment in a timely and professional manner
- FOLLOW SCHEDULED ROUTES AND INSTRUCTIONS VIA A DIGITISED PORTAL
- Maintain delivery documentation and vehicle logs
- Perform basic repairs, assembly, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment
- Assist in the warehouse with stock handling, cleaning, and general duties
- Evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
- A current, valid driver's license
- A good driving record
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
