Job Title: Retail Manager

Role Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of staff in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for coaching and developing staff, maintaining employee work direction, and creating an empowering culture that enables the team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction.
  • Maintain employee work direction including base rostering, training and annual leave.
  • Create an empowering culture that enables the team to excel.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential.
