Customer Service Assistant Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and store cleanliness, and managing stock rotation, quality, and minimizing wastage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of food safety and store cleanliness
  • Managing stock including rotation, quality, and minimising wastage
  • Implementing operational policies and managing back office administration
  • Maintaining knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health & Safety & Food Safety
  • Training, supervising, mentoring, and coaching team members
  • Planning and managing rosters (Managers)
  • Promoting a positive work environment that motivates team members to grow, be challenged, and have fun

Requirements:

  • Friendly and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Aptitude for providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to follow proven procedures
  • Basic computer skills
