Job Description:

This role involves supporting the JCIB strategy planning and implementation in alignment with business objectives and development aspirations. The successful candidate will also facilitate stakeholder engagement, structure business enhancement plans, and deliver results using strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business strategy planning and management, assisting with other business tasks as required
  2. Facilitating effective communication across the team, managing content and information flow to and from management teams
  3. Presentation preparation and documentation
  4. Defining problems and opportunities, developing solutions, and identifying potential benefits
  5. Business analysis, focusing on data and reporting such as BSC, KPI, and business projects
  6. Providing reporting and support to track initiatives against the plan, ensuring business and customer outcomes are achieved
  7. Liaising with regional partners and external stakeholders as a primary contact, including regional headquarter and Tokyo office
  8. Performing administrative duties as requested by management

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in business management, preferably in Corporate Finance or Chartered Accounting environment
  • Sound analytical skills, including data extraction, analysis, and presentation
  • Good communication skills to report financial conditions clearly and precisely
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and networking skills
  • Strategic thinking and insights, interpersonal skills to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with key capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence others
  • Fluent Japanese speaker (desired)

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
