Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee a team of up to 10 members, coordinating daily operations in the cleanroom. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting incoming garments for damage and sending those requiring repair for attention
  • Setting up wash extractors and dryers, ensuring optimal performance
  • Folding and packing washed garments with precision
  • Preparing and operating sterilization processes to meet customer specifications
  • Packing sterile garments according to customer requirements
  • Coordinating with drivers for delivery and contacting couriers for interstate transport

Operational Tasks

The candidate will also be responsible for performing housekeeping duties and general cleaning tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Effective leadership skills, including taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities
  • A valid driver's licence and a current police check
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
