About the Role

Key responsibilities include retaining members through outstanding customer interactions, while providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver 5-star customer service to every member interaction
  • Exceed targets by finding solutions to problems and staying well-organised
  • Work within a fast-paced customer sales and retention environment
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer sales and/or retention environments
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed negotiation and objection handling skills
  • Teamwork and communication skills are essential
  • Reporting capabilities and Excel knowledge required
  • Able to work with KPIs and targets
  • Debt collection and membership-based administration experience
