Clinical Operations Director for Aged Care

The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for leading our team of clinicians in delivering high-quality health services to our clients within the At Home Aged Care division.
This pivotal role involves developing and implementing industry-leading clinical programs, managing clinical governance practices, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional health services. You will oversee a dedicated team of clinicians, driving clinical excellence while meeting key performance indicators and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to provide exceptional health services on-site and in the community.
- Implement a clinical competency framework that meets regulatory standards.
- Ensure effective delivery of clinical services and prioritise quality care.
- Oversee clinical governance to embed best practices organisation-wide.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on health service programs and care models.
- Design training programs for clinical staff development.
- Foster teamwork and autonomy among team members.
- Prepare reports on service metrics and outcomes.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and optimise planning.
- Contribute to business case development for service improvements.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager who brings a strong background in clinical leadership, aged care operations, and stakeholder engagement. Key requirements include:
- Tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration in Nursing and/or Allied Health.
- Extensive clinical experience in aged care, particularly in home and community care settings.
- Proven experience managing clinical staff in complex environments.
- Strong background in developing clinical programs and conducting data-driven analysis.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant programs (HCP, STRC).
- Proficiency in core operational systems (e.g., CareLink+, RiskMan) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Understanding of home care operations, including rostering and workforce management.
