Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team and deliver excellence across the Southern Region. The role will entail providing administrative support to the Construction Project Team, including tasks such as:

  • Raising PO requisitions and receipting after the job is complete
  • Adding operational resources to projects for time sheeting
  • Uploading and downloading claims in the internal system
  • Assisting with administrative tasks to support the project, including safety, environment, quality, and community
  • Establishing and maintaining projects/site office workspaces with office supplies and equipment
  • Maintaining site records
  • Organising team meetings and event logistics

This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to work comfortably under pressure and enjoy being busy.
