Frontline Customer Service Representative
">We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic professional to deliver exceptional customer service experiences. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction.
">- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and email enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage all client inquiries and concerns, ensuring seamless client experiences.
- Welcoming clients and their pets to the hospital, booking and managing appointments, and processing payments.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
About Your Role
">- Proven experience in a customer services role, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable and proactive attitude.
- Attention to detail, strong conflict resolution skills, and a calm empathetic approach to work.
- Possess excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
