Fashion Product Administrator

Our company is a global youth fashion brand that thrives on creativity, individuality, and freedom. As a Buying Admin, you will be instrumental in supporting the smooth functioning of our Buying department.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously. They should also have experience in retail or a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of data reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the functionality of the Buying department by performing administrative tasks
- Ensure purchase orders are carried out accurately and efficiently
- Work independently, make decisions, and solve problems to support each department's function
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Fashion, Textiles, or Production (preferred)
- Previous experience in retail or a similar industry
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in data reporting and analysis
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation and results-driven attitude
