About the Role

We seek an experienced Fashion Designer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure every product meets our high standards of quality and fit. You will provide expert technical advice, create patterns and maintain grade rules to guarantee consistency in fit and sizing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop garments that meet customer needs
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support
  • Maintain quality standards and consistency in fit and sizing
  • Collaborate with suppliers and product teams to deliver high-quality products

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Design or Textiles
  • Expertise in garment fit, pattern making and construction
  • Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of fabrics and fibers
  • Experience working with overseas suppliers and maintaining quality standards
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to drive continuous improvement
