Job Overview

To provide exceptional customer service and maintain a well-organized store environment, we are seeking a detail-oriented Store Operations Associate to support our back of house operations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
  • Support the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • Maintain a clean and compliant back of house area, adhering to operational standards.
  • Perform quality control on all products, reporting any issues to the store lead.
  • Support aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to elevate the client experience.
  • Ensure all stockroom equipment is functioning and operational, raising concerns through the maintenance team immediately.
  • Assist with ad hoc administration tasks, answering telephone calls, responding to customer service inquiries, and placing supermarket orders.
  • Complete additional requests from management to support events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties.
Personal Requirements

An ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a busy store environment.
