We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team at SDN Children's Services. As a key member of our preschool room leadership, you will be responsible for managing the overall room environment, staff, and children. Your expertise in early childhood education will enable you to develop, deliver, and evaluate high-quality learning programs that cater to individual children's strengths, interests, and needs.

With a strong background in Early Childhood Education, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Your ability to lead, motivate, and support your team will be crucial in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education, current Working with Vulnerable People Check, and knowledge of the National Quality Standards & Early Years Learning Framework. You will also have experience in a similar role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Senior First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferable) are also essential.
