About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our financial planning team in Wollongong as a Client Services Officer.

This role will be the backbone of the financial planner's operations, handling essential back-end procedures and freeing up the planners to focus on building strong relationships and providing expert advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role within the financial planning industry and possess proficiency with Xplan as well as the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and processing client-related paperwork and documentation
  • Managing and updating client files and the internal CRM system
  • Liaising with fund managers, insurance companies, and other third-party providers
  • Assisting with the implementation of financial advice strategies
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role within the financial planning industry
  • Proficiency with Xplan as well as the Microsoft Office suite
  • A strong understanding of administrative processes and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
