About the Role
Stockland is seeking a skilled Assistant Development Manager to join its Masterplanned Communities team in Victoria. As an Assistant Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to progress your career and apply your expertise to grow within a new role.
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires collaboration with the Profit Centre Manager to ensure projects are scoped, designed, and delivered in line with business strategy, agreed vision, and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the strategic planning and visioning phase to meet schedule, revenue, and cost objectives.
- Assist in developing a sales and marketing strategy to achieve whole-of-life business plan objectives.
- Utilize your business acumen to monitor market and competitor activity, maintaining competitiveness and developing a product delivery strategy suited to the local market.
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders, including authorities.
- Prepare and maintain financial models for current and prospective projects.
- Work with the Development Manager to control and monitor development budgets and financial reporting.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Residential ESG Strategy.
- Oversee the procurement and payment of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
About You
You are a driven, inquisitive, and capable individual with a degree in a related discipline and relevant experience in planning, construction, or the development process. You have the ability to take initiative and work autonomously, with access to a vehicle and willingness to travel.
