Nurse Professional

As a key member of our healthcare team, the Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our clinical services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform ECGs and draw blood samples as required in the treatment room, ensuring accurate results and efficient workflows.
- Administer medication and monitor inventory levels of medical supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Assist with health assessments, minor surgical procedures, and chronic disease management activities, providing exceptional patient support and care.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards of the clinic, ensuring an outstanding client experience and a safe working environment.
- Complete electronic health records and assist with administrative duties as directed by the Practice Manager, promoting effective communication and record-keeping practices.
- Work with the Practice Manager to develop and maintain practice policies and procedures, including infection control protocols and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure consumables, equipment, and medications are stocked and maintained according to manufacturer's standards, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness of clinical rooms and Practice register for recalls and reminders, promoting a positive and organized work environment.
- Participate in practice risk management and quality improvement processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Record incidents and near misses in line with practice policy, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Ensure clinical governance processes are in place and maintain patient and practice confidentiality, adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
