Senior Game Production Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our game production process, ensuring the highest standards of quality are consistently met.

  • This role involves leading and coordinating cross-functional teams through all phases of game development, guaranteeing project milestones, goals, and deliverables are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules, and other critical project management artifacts across titles and prototypes.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively, including scope reporting and scheduling.
  • Fluency with production tools such as Atlassian, Google Suite, and Slack.
Requirements for Success

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing technical and digital projects.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, serving as a main point of contact for stakeholders and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
