Project Manager

The Responsive Maintenance Team is responsible for leading and overseeing the design and delivery of maintenance services.
This role supports the team in various activities, including performance reporting, contractor management, issue investigation, stakeholder engagement, contract preparation, and tender development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, reviewing, and updating schedule of rates databases
- Preparing contract documentation and arranging public tendering
- Reviewing changes to statutory acts and legislation to ensure up-to-date contract documents
- Investigating maintenance issues and emerging trends
- Providing timely advice to management on quality, time, cost, and policy issues
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
