Job Title: Educator

This role is designed to deliver and assess education and training within the Registered Training Organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver education and training to students within the classroom, simulated labs, workplace and online learning environments.
  • Assess student progress and provide educational support within a portfolio.
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate teaching resources aligned with industry standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement to enhance training quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant health industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and experience working within an RTO environment.
  • Detailed understanding of the relevant profession and accreditation requirements.
  • Ability to effectively manage and apply key conflict resolution skills in the student environment.
