Clinical Nursing Expert for Education Development

The Service Tasmania is looking for a qualified Clinical Nursing Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing education and learning support to the nursing workforce, working closely with operational service areas to develop education and learning pathways.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and deliver education and training programs for nurses and midwives
- Coach and mentor staff on best practice and evidence-based care
- Collaborate with operational service areas to develop education and learning initiatives
Essential Criteria
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
- High level knowledge, skills and clinical expertise in nursing practice
- Ability to apply facilitation skills, learning and evaluation strategies in the clinical context
Benefits Package
- Competitive salary: $114,851 to $121,886 per annum (Pro rata)
- Superannuation contribution: 11.5%
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10 % based on qualification type
- Salary packaging benefits, including living expenses and meal entertainment
