**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Worker. This rewarding role will provide you with the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of elderly individuals, empowering them to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as housekeeping, grocery shopping, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients to appointments, shopping trips, and social activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Offer personal care support, including assistance with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, meal assistance, and medication administration, respecting each client's unique needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in aged or community care, or a strong desire to begin a career in this field.
  • A provisional or full Australian driving license and access to a comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle.
