- Communication and Collaboration

- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure that service users receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Quality and Compliance
- Ensure that all care and support services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and Priory Adult Care's policies and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
- NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
