We're seeking experienced tax professionals to become an integral part of our team, including high-quality Senior Tax Managers with 6-10 years of professional services or industry experience.

As our Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be central to delivering pragmatic solutions to help clients solve complex tax matters and efficiently manage their tax responsibilities.

Our team stays ahead of regulatory and legislative changes to provide timely and effective advice tailored to client needs.

This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne, Australia. We offer flexible work arrangements; please discuss options with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage taxation services for allocated corporate clients, overseeing compliance, income tax return preparation, and review.
  • Deliver a spectrum of corporate tax advisory and compliance services, supporting complex engagements such as ATO risk reviews, audits, and rulings.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering career development and a positive team culture that values high performance and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge and experience with the Australian taxation system, gained through professional services or industry roles, including corporate income tax compliance and ATO lodgements.
  • Strong communication skills, confident in client engagement and coordination of tax matters.
  • CA qualification or equivalent, or postgraduate studies like Tax Masters. Knowledge of IFRS and Tax Accounting is advantageous but not essential.
