We are seeking a skilled Corporate Tax Manager to lead our team in providing expert taxation services to clients.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, allowing for flexible work arrangements. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to accommodate reduced hours. Please discuss potential options with us.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the leadership team to coordinate and manage the provision of taxation services for an allocated book of corporate clients. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, corporate income tax compliance, and the preparation and review of income tax returns and tax accounting calculations.

  • Deliver a full spectrum of corporate taxation advisory services tailored to client needs while supporting senior team members in complex tax engagements, including ATO risk reviews, audits, and ruling application processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for our clients, requiring you to collaborate with our specialist teams in bringing expertise to our corporate clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members by fostering their career development and contributing to a positive team culture that promotes high performance, collaboration, and celebrates successes.

To be considered for this role, you must have detailed knowledge and experience with the Australian taxation system, acquired through work in a professional services firm or a comparable industry role. You should also demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence in leading direct engagements with clients on substantive tax matters and coordinating various engagements.
