The Role

A Venue Manager at BOUNCEinc runs a multi-million-dollar active entertainment business within a supportive network of national and international venues.

A central Head Office team provides leadership, systems, and support around sales, marketing, finance, and people and culture.

Each BOUNCEinc venue welcomes over a million customers annually, delivering world-leading customer experience through a team of passionate staff that are developed and coached by the Venue Manager and venue leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take charge of motivating and developing a young team, ensuring continuous growth and development for them throughout their BOUNCEinc journey.
  • Lead the venue to ongoing success by implementing strategies to improve sales, occupancy rates, safety, COGs, and average spend.
  • Have a passion for improving venue sales and repeat visitation.
  • Be a leader for safety in the venue by overseeing the implementation of safety initiatives and accurately following and directing procedures.
  • Coach and develop venue staff and supervisors aged roughly 16-24 years old, ensuring growth and development is accessible to all.
  • Read, respond, and act upon customer feedback to continue enhancing the experience of guests in the venue and follow up with team members.
  • Manage expenses and keep all controllable/variable P&L expense line items within budget.
  • Maintain clean and safe venue presentation.
  • Cash handling, customer service, food preparation, and safety implementation.
