Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to take on the role of Service Team Leader for one of our key brands.

In this position, you will support the Service Manager while taking day-to-day responsibility for a small team of advisers. You will oversee customer experience KPIs, manage the brand's service delivery, and ensure seamless operations.

This is an ideal next step for an experienced Advisor or Junior Manager looking to lead a team with hands-on guidance from a supportive Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small team of service advisers
  • Oversee customer experience KPIs
  • Ensure smooth service delivery
  • Support the Service Manager in achieving business objectives

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years' experience as a Service Adviser
  • Proven focus on KPIs and customer service
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ambition to grow into full service leadership
