Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An active RN license in the State of Ohio
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • A resident-first approach and dedication to quality care
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus but not required
