Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and build strong relationships between stakeholders by delivering exceptional customer service
  • Provide strategic leadership and management of trade store personnel
  • Establish and maintain a productive team environment where customer service is paramount and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved
  • Ensure financial compliance and due diligence on site
  • Implement effective inventory control measures
  • Manage and implement successful sales and promotional activities at the trade store
  • Effectively manage transport resources to ensure a safe and efficient delivery service
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Demonstrate leadership and ability to prioritize demands between internal and external customers and other stakeholders
  • Identify development opportunities for self and team
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to demands
  • Background or experience in sales, distribution, or customer service
  • High level negotiation skills
  • Competent in project management or willing to learn
