As a Principal Project/Program Manager at Nasdaq, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering critical solutions and services to world-leading Market Infrastructure Operators and New Markets.

Your Role

You will lead cross-functional teams across the globe, working closely with our sales representatives and clients to deliver projects on time and within scope. Your responsibilities will include project planning, stakeholder management, progress reporting, quality assurance, budget creation, and risk management.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in a Technology and Project Management role in financial markets
  • Project Management, Test Management, or Technical Account Management experience with complex systems in an international environment
  • A track record of delivering large, complex projects from initial budgeting and planning to customer project acceptance
  • A strong inner drive and motivation, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading other Project Managers and an interest in mentoring others
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with external clients, suppliers, and internal customers
  • Knowledge of Financial Technology and its role in supporting the financial infrastructure and capabilities

What Would Be Helpful

  • Experience with both agile and traditional Waterfall project methodologies
  • Experience as a developer, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or similar
  • SaaS experience
  • Experience as a Scrum Master and managing agile projects
