We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a casual OSHC worker. Whether you are returning to the workforce, transitioning into the sector, or looking for work-life balance, this opportunity has everything you need.

About Your New Role
  • Are you passionate about supporting and guiding children? We have ongoing casual and holiday program roles available.
  • You will be provided with extensive training, onboarding, and support to ensure your success.
  • Support the development and delivery of child-focused programs using industry leading tools and best practices.
  • Have fun delivering amazing programs that guide children to explore, learn and play at our service.
  • Join a collaborative team that is passionate and works together to achieve common outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional experiences for children, families, and staff by providing a safe and engaging environment.
  • Support the service manager with preparation and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Assist with food preparation, setting up, and packing up activities to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety within the program by maintaining a vigilant and proactive approach.
  • Be open, caring, and engaged with our team to drive our mission of giving every child the best day ever.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the childcare industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Working towards or willing to enroll in an approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Completed an approved Certificate III or Diploma level qualification to demonstrate your expertise and commitment.
