Job Description

The role of Customer Foundation Manager is to lead a team in delivering high-quality onboarding experience for new financial management customers. This includes gaining an in-depth understanding of their needs, developing and implementing strategies to meet customer expectations, and providing exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will work closely with the Proactive Customer Management team to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with NSW Trustee & Guardian's Customer Excellence Principles.

\

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business plans to achieve customer satisfaction and organisational outcomes;
  • Leading a team of customer-facing staff to deliver high-quality onboarding experience;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
