As Commercial Quality Lead, you'll be part of a high-performing national quality team. Based in Mt Druitt, with leadership across multiple commercial sites, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with site teams, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and accreditation standards. You'll also provide leadership in your area of expertise, support internal and external audits, and contribute to the ongoing transformation of the quality function across the Work portfolio.

• Lead integration of the Commercial Quality Framework
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance across multiple commercial service areas
• Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain quality documentation and food safety systems
• Build relationships with commercial customers and resolve escalations
• Support site leaders on quality assurance and risk management
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery teams to align quality with customer needs
• Report on performance, trends, and improvement strategies

• Experience in Quality Assurance roles with demonstrated achievement in delivering effective quality outcomes, ideally within food production and/or manufacturing-based industries while supporting site operational teams.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, Halal, Kosher, Organics and other relevant standards
• Tertiary qualification and/or industry certification in a relevant discipline including Quality Assurance is highly desirable
• 2+ years' industry experience in quality assurance, ideally in manufacturing or production
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems
• Experience in the disability sector is desirable
