Key Responsibilities

As the Group Engineering Manager, you will lead the engineering efforts for our scaling Payroll platform, ensuring platform uptime and performance meet the highest standards.

Some key areas of focus include:

  • Driving engineering excellence for our Payroll platform, guaranteeing seamless user experiences and robust system functionality.
  • Mentoring and guiding Delivery Leads, empowering them with vision and tools to innovate and scale our products.
  • Fostering a unified team culture through innovative approaches, high-performance teamwork, and adaptable working practices.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in senior engineering management, preferably leading large (50+ person) geographically diverse teams.
  • A background in highly regulated or compliance-driven business environments.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices and a commitment to upholding these standards.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, especially within SaaS products.
