Drive-Thru Leadership Role

As a senior manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 20–50 members to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the fast food industry.

  • Team Development: Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans to ensure your team's growth and success.
  • Operational Ownership: Manage daily operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock control, and compliance with support from the Area Manager.
  • Financial Management: Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
  • Community Engagement: Lead our community engagement initiatives, such as supporting local groups through our Local Matters program.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager: Assist in daily operations and leadership to ensure seamless restaurant management.
