We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to lead in the design, delivery and support of platform implementations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the design, delivery and support of platform implementations.
  • Manage and lead a team of functional consultants.
  • Implement CRM systems with knowledge of Sales, Service and Marketing principles.
  • Develop and maintain strong technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in D365 Platform and Consultancy/Delivery.
  • 4 years of project delivery ownership/team leadership experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of multiple industries or segments.
  • Agile delivery experience.
  • D365 FinOps or BC applications experience.
  • Data manipulation skills.
