Job Overview

We are currently seeking an Assistant Educator to join our fun-loving and supportive team at Kindy Patch Elermore Vale.

About the Role

This is a Part-Time position working 32 hours per week, providing a great work-life balance. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma Qualification in Children's Services from an ACECQA approved provider
  • Proven experience working with children in an early childhood setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certification
