Rider for Horse Training Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Groundstaff and Trackwork Rider to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Ride 8-10 horses per morning, focusing on pace and timed work, as well as jump outs.
- Educate young horses on the ground, including swimming and barrier education.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of full-time professional experience in horse training and handling.
- Proven ability to train and educate young horses.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety obligations and safe equipment operation.
This role offers a competitive salary above award rates, ranging from $54,000 to $74,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
