Job Summary:

The Business Support Team Leader is a senior leadership role that oversees the Executive Support and Business Support teams, ensuring cohesive and effective support services in a dynamic environment.

We are seeking an experienced leader who can motivate and develop their team to achieve outstanding results, whilst also driving business process improvements and streamlining operations.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of management experience, with a focus on team development, operational efficiency and strategic planning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  • Become a subject matter expert in business processes and provide hands-on support during peak times
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage resources and oversee recruitment for vacant positions
  • Provide leadership, mentorship and opportunities for team development
  • Identify opportunities to improve or streamline support processes

  • Proven management experience in a demanding, changing environment
  • Self-motivated with a positive, collaborative approach
  • Outcome-focused with excellent time management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented problem solver capable of multitasking and taking initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable with an agile mindset
  • Ability to anticipate issues and communicate insights effectively
