We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bus Driver to join our team at our Moorabbin depot. As a Bus Driver with Ventura, you will play a vital role in keeping our community moving by providing safe and reliable transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other drivers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance driving skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A current Victorian Car, MR, or HR License.
  • Heavy vehicle driving experience is highly regarded, but not essential as we provide extensive driver training.
  • Customer-focused individuals with the desire to provide assistance when required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A safe driving record.
  • A high regard for safety, road rules, and regulations.
  • The ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances, including a Driver's Accreditation (DC) and Working With Children Card (WWCC).
