As the Commercial Relationships Manager for Land and Touring at Helloworld Travel, you will be responsible for negotiating and managing our commercial agreements with preferred tour, land, and car partners.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate favorable contractual terms with our preferred partners and establish solid relationships that benefit both parties.
- Undertake regular portfolio reviews to ensure commercial commitments and targets are met.
- Develop mutually agreeable Business Plans with all partners, highlighting key objectives and goals for the term of the agreement.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams to build activity plans to drive sales targets.
- Identify customer behavior and make appropriate recommendations to mitigate any potential risk to performance.
- Recommend commercial partners that add value to our customers and agents.
- A proven record in successfully closing profitable commercial agreements and driving sales to achieve revenue targets.
- An incredible ability to forge and cultivate partnerships.
- An understanding of the retail and wholesale travel market and its various distribution channels.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and implement creative thinking in all market conditions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Strong public speaking skills and presentation skills.
- Understanding of supplier/procurement contracts and legal processes.
- Experience in travel or a fast-paced or tactical marketing industry.
