About the Role

This position is ideal for an enthusiastic and motivated dietitian who wants to take their career to the next level. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of caseloads including gastrointestinal surgery, general medical, ICU, cardiac and orthopaedics.

  • You will need to demonstrate proficient skills and knowledge in current nutrition & dietetic practice.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based service delivery is essential.
  • You should be able to work autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Prioritise work, manage a demanding workload and apply high-level reasoning skills.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor or postgraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics providing eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia.
  • Evidence of extensive clinical experience as a Level 2 Dietitian.
  • Accredited Practising Dietitian Status.
  • Experience in acute hospital systems, specifically knowledge of TPN, PEG and Enteral feeds.
