Senior Investment Performance Reporting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Investment Performance Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As an Investment Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality performance reporting and attribution analysis across a broad range of asset classes.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers, Clients, and other teams within the Investments function.
- Produce timely and accurate investment performance and attribution calculations across asset classes, including analysis and communication of the drivers of performance.
- Monitor and report on investment options against objectives, peers, and benchmarks.
- Identify and analyze performance reporting issues, exceptions, or errors in a timely manner.
- Liaise with and coordinate with relevant vendors and data providers.
- 5+ years experience as an investment performance analyst across a broad range of asset classes.
- Highly proficient with Factset (performance and attribution reporting).
- Track record of working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders in a high-performing investments team.
- Relevant qualifications – CFA designation is desirable but not essential.
